Hi, I'm Alina.

I design floral installations rooted in ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement. I work from a studio in Barcelona, training in the Ikenobo school - the oldest living tradition of the form.

My practice rests on three principles. Ma: the deliberate emptiness between stems, where what is left out shapes what remains. Contemplation: stillness and slowness as a counter to excess and noise. Material integrity: honoring each stem's character rather than forcing it beyond its nature.

Carried into contemporary spaces, these principles offer brands and venues precision in place of abundance. Every project begins with one question - what is this installation here to say?
